My Approach
Every day is a chance to feel better.

Experience & education have taught me that wellness starts with a solid nutrition base, & strengthens with branches of science-based mindful elements.
Learning to recognize mental & physical signs, & schedule simple wellness strategies, leads to lasting health benefits.

Healthier food & mindful habits can make us feel better, raise energy levels, and increase immune strength. Many of us need more nutrients, fiber & antioxidants. Nutrition is the first step, combined with strength & movement, rest & connections beyond ourselves.
Each person has unique body & mind needs, preferences, lifestyles. Women’s bodies are different than men’s, & no specific diet, exercise, or less-stress plan works for all. Research shows that we differ because our hormones, metabolism & microbiomes are unique.

I am dedicated to helping you understand your unique health needs & guiding you through the process of making sustainable, healthy choices. Let’s make a plan that fits in your schedule.
Create habits that you want to do rather than have to do.
Let's get started.
